It's been nearly a year and half since we've rocked Rocks Lounge at the C&D Bar and Grill. Here's another longtime favorite that we've just got to visit before it gets darker and much chillier. In other words, an awesome outside venue!
For many, this one is a bit of a road trip. For others, it's a little closer to home. In any case, well worth it. The outside, upstairs lounge is special, the beer is great, as is the menu. And they are always happy to see us. What else ya need?
We'll gather in the large parking lot, right off Route 30. From there, we've got an out-and-back with a couple of options, including a quick glimpse of Lincoln Speedway, on an otherwise serene course.

Early birds and walkers at 6:00
Over the years, our two start times of 6 and 6:30 have evolved nicely into two separate waves, a good deal for us and for our hosts. If you’re walking or just like to get going early, plan to leave at 6. If you’re old school, we roll out at 6:30. The objective is to get to the bar, no questions asked.
